Mr. Schmitt is a full time real estate Investor who is actively involved in all types of real estate transactions. Mr. Schmitt specializes in wholesaling, pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, short sales, and tax liens, and utilizes creative financing to complete these transactions. He is also actively involved in buying and selling mortgage notes created through seller financing. Seller financing has become an extremely popular financial option in today's market when a homeowner needs to sell quickly and with favorable terms. With the banks' current lending restrictions making it much more difficult for good candidates to get qualified for a mortgage, seller financing is the answer. Mr. Schmitt has the knowledge and the resources to make deals happen, no matter what the situation may be.

John Cunningham
Team Leader

Mr. Cunningham is a successful business executive and long-term real estate investor. In addition to being involved in a great many residential and commercial real estate ventures over the years, he has also served as the senior marketing and sales executive for Citibank, MasterCard International, and several divisions of Kraft Foods. It was his in-depth understanding of the real estate market, combined with his superior business expertise, that led him to assemble a team of world class professionals capable of addressing the new challenges and opportunities in the industry.

David Swirczewski
Team Member

Mr. Swirczewski has over 20 years experience in the banking industry and over 15 years in foreclosure resolution. He is arguably the most qualified foreclosure resolution specialist in the country, and his track record of helping people save their homes is unmatched in the industry. He knows how to negotiate with the right contacts to find a reasonable resolution that is acceptable for the lender and yet comfortable for the homeowner. If the homeowner intends to walk away from the property, he can help secure reduced payoffs that will be beneficial for all parties and release the homeowner from his/her mortgage obligation.
